These folks were excellent. They provided advisories on image resolution issues and provided immediate response. I was very happy with the service.

I had sent in a PDF which was not of good quality and poster presentations contacted me to send them a PowerPoint copy of my poster so it would be better when printed out. I submitted last minute and they didn't have the right file from me to print and ship right away but even then they were able to send my poster within the promised time table. Definitely recommend them! Great and fast customer service!
