The poster was perfect. Support services were outstanding. THey helped me greatly improve an area that would have been blurry in my original design. The support was prompt and very helpful

I was in a hurry with my poster as all days (and hours) before the meeting were counted. However, it turned out that my PP file was generated in a wrong initial size and could not be printed with good resolution in the desired height/width dimensions. After I made a few unsuccessive attempts to reconfigure the file, an operator of PosterPresentation (his name is Brian) within a couple of hours manually disassembled and then re-assembled element-by-element my poster in desired dimensions. So, the poster was ready just in time. I am grateful to Brian for his help.
