After I submitted a tri-fold to be printed for my wife's class, we noticed her team had a formatting error. Unknown to her, I decided to re-submit it the next day as a separate order, figuring the first one was probably too far along to stop. However, someone at this company noticed the near duplicate submissions, and called to my wife verify, then also refunded her money for the first one. I'm not sure many companies would have noticed or even cared - this was surprising and unexpected - it speaks highly of this business. Also, the tri-fold was shipped and arrived exactly as promised, with very high quality and professional looking. We expected maybe a paper printout pasted on to a board, it actually appeared to be printed directly on the board with a nice matte finish - nice!
