What you get is always directly proportional to what you pay for. I have always sworn to go where the service is the best. As a consumer, you only know how professional a company is when you run into a problem. Its easy to sell something to somebody, and take their money. Backup is when you see the integrity of a company.
I purchased 2 Studio Flashes from CameraStuff - used it for the very first time 3 days after receiving them, only to find there was a issue with one of them. On the Monday, I spoke to Ross and explain the whole story and how i had troubleshooted the issue myself. He immediately contacted the courier which collected from me before the end of Monday afternoon.
Its Wednesday and I have two BRAND NEW Flash Units.
Now ask yourself this - Would you rather buy cheap and have the same issue and have to buy again, or pay that little bit more.. and get this fantastic service??
