Sometimes it is hard to find a good vitamin for kids. One that is healthy and also tastes yummy for them. This vitamin has both and my 5 year old remembers to take them every morning, even when I forget. They smell delicious and they aren't too chewy for my son who has trouble with certain foods. The ingredients are very clean.
