A friend recommended these vitamins a few years ago and once we switched, I definitely noticed a difference! As my kids are now tweens/teens, we have just upgraded to the teen vitamins, and they are just as great. We are very happy with the quality, performance, and price of the vitamins. My kids look forward to these vitamins everyday, kids say they taste like the actual fruit or vegetable. Kids been on them for a month and I've only noticed there appetite has gotten better. I can't afford the price of these vitamins every month unfortunately. I wish they had better deals on these for low income families.

I did a lot of research before purchasing vitamins for my 3 children. I have some picky eaters so I wanted to be sure whatever they were getting was truely nutritional and not just sugar. By the way, I did say picky right?? These are something my kids love to eat!! Thank you, First Day!
