Fantastic fresh food in a great atmosphere. I had the Cobb salad and my wife had the teriyaki quinoa bowl. Both were great. Filling, but did not make us feel stuffed.

What a pleasant surprise!
No idea this place existed. Sheri, my date for dinner, works hard to make meals like this at home almost every night. I wanted to cater to her taste and treat her to the same level of healthy, savory, goodness in a relaxing environment.
True Food Kitchen offered a variety of options, with seasonal selections, that were on par with her meals. The management, hostesses, waitress and staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!
Sheri enjoyed it so much, it is likely her selection next Thursday for the whole family to celebrate her Birthday! Bravo to a superb customer experience...we will be back often!!!

What a great find for us! A restaurant full of healthy-made dishes with vegetarian and vegan options. This location, at the time of this review, is open-air. Doors are open with large windows. They offer indoor and outdoor seating that’s covered. I had the Spaghetti Squash Casserole. It included mozzarella, zucchini, tomatoes, and onions. Perfect portion of food and the quality was excellent. Kudos to Paige, our server, who had a great attitude and friendly disposition. She was awesome! I’ll be sure to return again!

Was gifted a gift card and used it for a friend's birthday. Started with Rosa Sangria's which were awesome! We ate the Spaghetti Squash Casserole and the Grilled Chicken Parmesan. What wonderful flavorful choices. Finished with a flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream which was the perfect choice to finish the night off.
The atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and exciting. Allot of people for a Wednesday night but plenty of room between tables. Our waitress Ayanna was top notch. Being first time customers - she explained everything well and did an excellent job. Highly recommend !!!

True has been a go to p[lace for when I take my Vegetarian daughter out to lunch. So many good items on the menu. Not just for her either. I enjoy their very tasty Turkey burger and we both loved the Edamame Dumplings!
