This is actually my first visit to this True Food, after an earlier one that was fairly unremarkable. Had a colleague in town who is a vegetarian, and wanted to make sure she had good options. We sat out on the patio, and though it's not especially upscale, it feels like a pleasant bistro setting. We started with a flatbread fig & gorgonzola appetizer that was fine, but nothing exceptional (I believe it was left unfinished). My grilled salmon was perfectly prepared and well matched by a quinoa salad. Very nice. The others at the table were also pleased with their burgers: one with cow and one with beats. I will say I was pleasantly surprised by their passion fruit pina colada--not normally something I would order but it was excellent. We ended up a bit ignored by our server at the tail end, leaving us to abandon plans for dessert, but overall it was a very good meal.

True Food is exemplary every time we visit, which is often. My go to on most visits starts with True Food's Kale Aid (served in a to go cup for toodling about the Scottsdale Quarter after ;-0). Go-to faves on the menu: Tuscan Kale Salad, Chopped Salad, Spicy Panang Curry with rice & tofu or for big workout days the Ancient Grains bowl. Sooo good. Service is always excellent, the vibe is chill and the decor is comfortable and clean. Thanks True Food!

My fiancé and I had a nice dinner here. It was a Saturday night, busy but we’re seated outside immediately. The outdoor benches were comfy and we faced in so it seemed like we were in an outdoor garden. (Behind us was the mall parking lot.)
The server was very prompt, water, wine, apps and meal were out without long waits. She knew the menu and suggested we put avacado and nuts on one of our pizza orders — it was fantastic!! The wine was good.
We are both vegan so we can have issues finding food when out, but not here. Overall a pleasant experience and a nice night out.

Healthy meals with great flavorings. Really enjoyed the freshness of chicken teriyaki with tons of veggies. My first time at this eatery , it was unique and I was skeptic but it really was delicious! The service was great and atmosphere was very airy and open! Loved this eatery!

True foods is a staple! If you don’t know about true foods, then where’d ja been? It’s probably one of the best places to go if your friend is vegan but you’re not. Or vice versa. It’s delicious! Healthy! And the service is always 120%
