I have visited 4 different locations of True Food Kitchen in 3 different states. They offer healthy options and don't compromise on the taste. Really good food -- my favorite is the Ancient Grain Bowl, but every dish I have tried is amazing.

It was my first time here and only because I'm traveling.
I loved the ATMOSPHERE. It was soft, calm and the restaurant is well decorated. I loved the candle and the little pumpkins on the tables.
The food had a natural and fresh flavor. Even the olive oil was amazing and the good quality.
The server was extremely nice and since it was my first time, he explained about the place in a very knowledgeable way and fast.
The service was fast.

Great atmosphere, food and service! We tried a couple different appetizers and the butternut squash pizza and they were all healthy options that had really good flavor. Our pizza took a while to come out, so the manager apologized several times and gave us our meal for free. Would definitely recommend!
