I was a little hesitant to come here because in my experience places that boast healthy food usually skimp on portions and flavor. I was completely wrong. I went during happy hour and my awesome server April went through the happy hour menu as well as the regular menu. I got the Spaghetti Squash Casserole and my boyfriend got the Morracan Chicken. Both were large portions and full of flavor. The happy hour specials were great too. I had a pomegranate margarita infused with jalapeno and it was delicious. It has been such a long time since I have had attentive service AND outstanding food. I'm telling everyone to give it a try so they can be delighted like I was.

Never had a bad meal going up and down the menu. Also, their kale salad has had me entirely rethink my life choices. Kale has always tasted terrible to me in any form, and yet their kale salad is one of my favorite salads ever. So crunchy and fragrant, without being bitter. If you hate kale, try their kale salad, and think about how you've lived your life.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everything is so fresh all the time, and service is very prompt. A great appetizer is the edamame dumplings. I normally get the steak tacos (literally so delicious) but this time went with the fennel pizza with a side of the black walnut pesto! It was fantastic. The flavors truly complemented one another. Always a great time at True Food!!

True Foods is truly amazing! I was invited to go with a group of friends and I’m so glad they chose this restaurant. They have a wonderful selection of vegan entrees and their lemonades are so refreshing! I’m excited to try their cocktails next time! Fresh, delicious, healthy, great service and atmosphere... Highly recommend.

If you have never been here.... You are missing out. Great fresh food. Personal favorites kale salad, hummus, teriyaki steak bowl and the tacos. Drinks are interesting twists but food is delicious.

This place has a really cute setup and I love how they serve and how their dishes look. Just before they put the food in your table you can immediately see how fresh and delicious the foods are. The service is top notch, all their staff is well educated and well trained. This place is managed perfectly so I wish I'll be able to meet their manager soon.

The food here is amazing but very expensive. My Panang Curry was delicious and everyone else loved their food too.
Entres range in price from about $14 to $23, beverages (non-alcoholic) are $4-$5, desserts are about $8.
