Being in the seventh decade of life I have never done a rating before so on my first effort I thought I was supposed to hit one star at a time untill I got all the way up to fifth star Ha! The one star rating I gave was supposed to be a five star but it wouldn’t let me progress so please ignore that one star. On the second effort and attempt I realized you just hit the fifth star and it gives you a five star rating so I am learning. I really appreciated both the product and the service and definitely give it a five star rating!

First pair of loupes from this company worked great. After three years they started to break so I bought a new pair. They have changed the design of the frames, and butterfly light, and this somehow, does not coincide with the working distance. I had to have the working distance adjusted a couple of times. It took forever to get back to me and I had to constantly contact customer service to see where my loupes were. I finally received them, and they’re still not 100% right and my eyes are starting to hurt from trying to move my head back-and-forth trying to adjust. The new frame design and the way the lenses are mounted are not the same.

Ordered a wireless light for my loupes from another company. Schultz did a great job of customizing an adaptor so I could use their ButterflyS light which is super lightweight. Company was very cooperative!

I purchased Fusion TTL 3.0x loupes and the Butterfly wireless headlight. The loupes are perfect! Excellent quality and help me work so much! The light is so bright, definitely worth purchasing too. Delivery time was approx 3 weeks but this was around a busy period. the product is great and the customer service is impeccable. I would highly recommend using this company to purchase loupes.
