The employees are always helpful there and answer my questions the best they can. I bought a used battery there and a friendly man that worked there, loaded it my car for and offered to help with getting the core battery from my car when I bring it, (I unable to carry a battery safely myself, not strong enough). I forgot his name but he had a artificial leg and has no problem carrying it for me. Never had a bad experience there. Been there many, many times.
