I had a water line leak outside my house, I contacted Terrano Plumbing after spending few hours going through reviews on number of companies through BBB.  So I called Terrano Plumbing.  From the initial taking of my call, Debbie was very professional, courteous, patient and accommodating.  She gave me a window of time and the crew arrived well within the timeframe.  Their crew, Marcello and Sandy, both very polite and pleasant.  They carried themselves very professionally, worked very well together, efficient, precise, effective with an awesome attitude and had a great team player attitude.  They took great care to protect my driveway, they did a very professional job.  And I know this because I'm a mechanical engineer by education and have been a general contractor for 35 years and have built and managed the construction of many many projects and started as a laborer, carpenter, superintendent, project engineer and eventually a construction manager so I know when i meet an A plumbing contractor and tradesmen.  All around as a company as well as the guys who did the repairs, I couldn't ask for more or better.  Truly impressed and pleased with my entire experience.  Will definitely call on Terrano on all my future needs.
