The quote was fair and competitive. The project started as soon as we got the permits. They were clean, professional and always on time! Ross and his team gave us a beautiful bathroom. I can't even remember the last time that I wrote a review, but then again, I've had no one impress me as much as Terrano Plumbing. Professional, courteous, honest, and superior craftsmanship are the first things that come to mind. Ross and his entire team are absolutely the best. We had a leak somewhere under our home and called them based upon a neighbors recommendation. Within hours, they had a leak detection service out to our home to assess the situation. The person was thorough and took the time to explain each step in the process. After the leak was pin-pointed, Ross came to the house and walked us through the process including the installation options for 2 new water heaters. Very informative and honest on all fronts. Within hours we received a quote for repair, signed the contract electronically and were put on the schedule. Each person on his team takes pride in their work and it shows! They showed up exactly on time each morning, left the home clean and organized at the end of each day. Very easy to chat with and they also took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, etc. They certainly took a stressful situation and made it far less stressful. We are certainly thankful to them for the work that they did and are looking forward to working with them on a bathroom remodel in the coming months.

Ross and his crew were exceptional. My bathrooms are gorgeous. Ross came to my house frequently to check out the work that was done by his work crew. They are a friendly crew and look to please.
