Just had a new boiler installed. Richard and his team were excellent. Fitted in a day with new gas pipes. Would highly recommend. Very professional. Would now use for all plumbing work.

6 plumbers were approached to quote for our new system boiler and megaflow installation, most were not very helpful or responsive, Richard from Pettifer Plumbing and Heating however came out the same day and quoted the same day. The quote was incredibly competitive and the customer service outclassed everyone else.
Pettifer Plumbing were awarded the project. We were notified the day before via email and Richard and his team were onsite for two days. We cannot fault this project in any way at all. The entire team were polite, friendly and fully trained and experienced in their trade. As for the installation, take a spirit level to any pipe and it will be perfect, that is the level of perfection that was so evident, we honestly are so impressed with Richard and his team and we feel that this is exactly how businesses should be run. We will refer and recommend Pettifer Plumbing and Heating at every opportunity.

To need a boiler in the middle of winter is very inconvenient but I felt fortunate to have the assistance of Pettifer Plumbing & Heating to carry out the job swiftly, efficiently and with great professionalism. This was my second winter with no heating at home. I've had 2 different people in , neither could work out why the heating wouldn't come on. Their solution was to fit a new boiler at £3,500. I had Richard from pettifer plumbing recommended to me. He came round 3 days after phoning him , and within an hour I had fully working central heating and a big smile on my face. They were polite , explained everything they were doing and more importantly got the job done with no fuss !! I would highly recommend using this firm . Thank you so much .
