We really liked Richard because he knew what he was talking about first and foremost! He identified what the problem was with our hot water/heating issue and then resolved it. He was punctual, easy to deal with and his team were really polite and respectful of the property. We would definitely use them again. An excellent job.

Just had my boiler replaced by Pettifer. Couldn’t be happier. Richard put me at ease on the phone, so I knew what boiler would suit me best. And Jamie and David came round and made light work of the fitting. Lovely guys. Friendly and professional and the job they did is extremely tidy. And they do not charge for call out, which says an awful lot about how they run the company. It’s not always easy for me to find trades people that I can trust and rely on. I can recommend them thoroughly and without reservation.

After a DIY malfunction of drilling through a CH Pipe late on a Tuesdy night i called on my local Plumbing company i use for all my routine servicing, and Richard managed to get round to my house early the next day, to get my heating back on track. This was greatly appriciated with a 1 year old child in our house, as alway prompt, professional and friendly service from a local provider.
Even though we have British Gas "cover" (we were speaking to an altermated system for an hour before we were cut off) i wouldnt waste my time or money with them as the repair was the same as my excess!!
Top class service from a local North London plumbing company which always gets the job done who were recommended to me through a friend!!

Pettifer Plumbing & Heating, recommended by Worcester Bosch, carried out the installation of a new boiler and unvented hot water cylinder last year at my place. The experience from the initial consultation to commissioning the boiler was bliss; top rate excellent service. Nothing was too much. Most potential issues were identified upfront and a plan put in place to perfect the installation. Richard and his team provided the ultimate value for money installation. And when I encountered a small issue outside of the work they did, they still stepped up and solved it efficiently. Fast track a year down the road and the annual service was done today, 17 Feb 2021. Jamie, the Engineer did as excellent a job as with the original installation. He answered all the questions and performed the task in a very good time, with excellent attitude.
