Trading places, and specifically Jennifer and Paul, showed us round a property which we put a bid on and eventually bought. Throughout the process they were always ik touch, promot with their replies to queries, and went above and beyond what can be expected from an agents to ensure the entire process was as convenient and painless as possible. Fantastic agency, I'm very impressed.

Their fees are lower than other local companies we've looked at, and more straightforward. When finding a property trading places Jamie and Rosie were friendly and professional and extremely efficient to deal with we were in tight spot for end of tenancy date. Jamie and Rosie made the move less stressful. My experience renting previously with them for nine years previously was positive and when we had to look again they were the first I thought of to contact to find a property. Their rent management team Steve and Kevin have a good relations with their landlords that means maintenance to keep the property is completed. I would recommend trading places to anyone moving in the Leytonstone area they are the best estate agent.

I've been a Trading Places lettings client since 2012 and have just recently moved into a second property managed by them. The prospect of moving always makes me apprehensive but this time it was compounded by the idea that we would have to possibly change letting agents as well. As an organisation Trading Places is knees, waist, head and shoulders above even their best competitor. Every member of their staff is a seasoned professional with your best interests at heart and the while team work tirelessly to ensure the best experience and highest level of satisfaction for such a daunting undertaking as moving home.
I have never found a letting agent worth spitting on if they were on fire but I'm deeply pleased to recommend Trading Places with full confidence. It is a comfort and a pleasure to be taken care of by such a marvellous team of people.
