We recently sold our house through Trading places and had the best experience with Jennifer as our agent. We initially had a few valuations from different Leytonstone agents in the same area, and we even had one in mind to use that wasn't Trading Places. But when Jennifer came to value our property she shared our concern about the whole process including leaving our home and the area. She set us at ease and showed us the human element to the sale rather than it simply being a business transaction. A buyer was found very quickly after it was put on the market, and even though our own purchase fell through 3 times, Jennifer remained so patient with us and somehow kept our own buyer in the chain. We are so grateful to her and our eventual buyers - and all at the best selling fee! Wouldn't use anyone else now. Thank you Jennifer and Trading Places.

I'am writing this review to recognise and recommend the outstanding service, Professionalism and Expertise of Trading Places Estate Agents in Leytonstone East London. The family run team of Gary Kevin and Jen have looked after my rental property giving outstanding service, finding good tenants and dealing with queries quickly.
When selling the property Jen coordinated the viewings and her professional approach was evident when she organised an open house that attracted multiple offers, leading to a quick sale.

Trading places did a great job with selling our flat. From the initial meeting with Jen to give us a price, she was able to give us ideas of how to improve the place and what would be worthwhile investments.
When it came to the actual sale, she got everything sorted so quickly and along with Judith, who did most of the showing of the flat, brought a lot of people in a very short space of time. Even though the market was a bit rough we were still able to get the price we wanted and everything went smoothly.
