Absolutely excellent service from the Trading Places team. Steven, Jen, Kevin and Gary were all a great support while i was trying to sell my property . They gave clear advice when i was planning to put the property on the market and supported me through understanding the process and fixing any issues or queries. Trading Places managed my property for years and are an invaluable managing agent. They also helped me sell my mothers house a few years ago and also did an outstanding job. They have a wealth of knowledge, are confident in their approach and are not pushy and arragent like many other estate agents. They have had my trust and confidence for over ten years. I will miss doing business with them. They deserve all the awards they keep collecting !

Tried selling with two other local agents who quite frankly were appalling. Read the reviews regarding Trading Places and I can genuinely see why people use them! What can I say professional, honest, patient, very good communication, they have great understanding of the housing market and go that extra mile to help resolve any issues. There is NO rough in this Diamond!! The photos were amazing and so was the honest write up.They clearly know the area and how to reach out to potential buyers. Defo would use again and totally recommend.

Jen and Steve at Trading Places Leytonstone were absolutely brilliant every step of the way when I sold my flat.
I signed up with them having already been let down after two months with an online only agent who got very few viewings, would have got me less money, and managed to lose my keys.
Trading Places got around 10 viewings in the first two weeks on the market and I received two offers which I was happy with.
After the offers had been accepted, Jen and Steve kept me up to date with progress through weekly emails and chases to keep the process ticking along.
I would highly recommend them.
