True Food Kitchen has always been one of my absolute favorite restaurants! Me and my friends love eating there we went yesterday and the food and service was amazing as always. The new manager Larry was AWESOME! He walked by every table including mine to check in and see how the food tasted and if there was anything else we needed. I always recommend True Food to all of my friends and family and I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful food. I really loved the charred cauliflower with cashew dressing, and the kale salad with chicken was delicious too. Cocktails are good, too. My only regret is that I don't get out to Houston for business that often, but luckily there's a branch of the chain near me.

True Food is a joy. Tons of healthy, vegetable packed choices with colorful seasonal produce. Prices on the high side, but everything is high quality and you can feel good about it. Excellent service (our server was so pleasant that my 9 year old commented, "She seems like someone who really likes her job." Recommend some of the non-alcoholic specialty drinks. Outside seating was lovely on a good weather day.

Can't even explain how great the experience was. Everything I ordered(butternut squash soup & poke bowl) was amazing & different. I was surprised with a cup of Matcha Horchata. Best hot tea I've ever had. If you are in the area definitely stop by & try.

I went to a new location last night and I really enjoyed the atmosphere there, the amazing friendly vibes, all the beautiful smiles!! The weather was just right so I sat outside this location has a beautiful patio with an amazingly comfy and cozy bench seat!! And of course the food let me just say omg amazing!!! I tried something new last night and oh my goodness it was so satisfyingly delicious!!! Outstanding flavor and so filling!! I usually get the unbeetable burger and that too is unbelievably good last night decided to try the Ancient Grains and oh my so so good I mean wow!! So good!! I mean I absolutely just love this place!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone!!! Seriously you just dont get any better than that!! It's good, it's clean what more can you ask for!!! :)

Nice to have a location on the north side. Great good, ambience, and proof that you can eat healthfully without compromising the taste. The fresh sage garnish on top of the butternut squash soup was phenomenal, and the gluten-free bun on my unbeatable burger was soft and savory— not brickly like many gluten-free breads.

I have nothing to say about this place except glowing recommendations on all of the food and drinks. Everything is supremely fresh and flavorful. The wait staff and management are accommodating and will cater to all of your wants, needs, and allergies. Not to mention, they have an amazing 1/2 covered patio opening up to the bar.
You can come here to get food, and also to get healthy.

I’ve always enjoyed the food from this restaurant and the location is great - beautiful modern interior and so many good food choices on the menu. We all loved our dishes, and the cinnamon vanilla latte was wonderful. Seasonally fresh foods and I saw some of my favorite wines. A great choice!

Very healthy food. The difference is, this place has great flavor. Try the butternut squash, and the curry bowl. You will not be disappointed and will feel good for eating healthy .
