While a bit pricey, everything is tasty and if the organic, non GMO, etc. is a big deal to you they are all about that. Great service!

Nice ambience, very delicious and healthy options available here. I ordered Charred Cauliflower and Kale Guacamole in appetizers and it was amazing and in my main course i had Ancient grains and it was super healthy, fresh and mouth watering. Staff and service was excellent. Will be trying all of there items on the menu soon.

Our favorite restaurant in The Woodlands. The food is always impeccably fresh and well presented. Due to the exceptionally great variety of options you may not like all of their offerings. They will invariably surprise you you with their creativity and originality.

The first book I read by Dr. Weil was "Spontaneous Happiness" which talks briefly about food choices that are non-inflamatory. That may sound like a weird idea and impossible to eat that type of food while being tasty at the same time. However, True Food Kitchen Chefs knock the food out of the park. The Chefs prove their fresh ingredients and menu items are amazingly delicious. Some of the best grilled redfish tacos in Houston- Woodlands area and the Salmon Entree was cooked perfectly with caramelized onion farro quinoa along with arugula beet salad. What makes them so good? The chefs incorporate spices and sides that bring out all of the flavors without compromising healthy choices.
