My new favorite place! So many interesting options and I found it easy to eat here on a paleo diet. I like the atmosphere and we've always had good service. Their flourless chocolate cake is delicious. A lot of times we go here just to get the chocolate cake and a coffee to finish off date nights!

Happy to see this kind of restaurant in the Woodlands. I've tried a few things on the menu that I wasn't sure I would like, but ended up really liking it all. The service and management also appears very good. The prices were a bit higher than I would like, but I think you commonly see that with health food. I look forward to coming back here many times in the future.

Great farm to table good. Fresh, tasty and healthy options. Unique beverages to choose from and great staff. Out side seating is great when the weather cools off. Highly recommend giving True Food a try.

I am very impressed with this place! I find that restaurants in this area are generally designed around one thing (location, music, food, etc) and tend to not consider how the environment should reflect the food or how the staff should handle themselves to suite the objective of the original design of the restaurant. And though it may not seem that important I am happy to say True Food took all of these factors into consideration which only compliments their very creative and tasty menu. The prices are not crazy but I would not choose this place if you are looking for a cheap lunch option. I would recommend this place for date night, drinks and food with friends and for those that are looking for a good experience and good food.

I am giving it 5 Stars since I didn't dine here and don't want to have a negative impact on the business. However, the manager was very nice, there were plenty of guests enjoying the outside seating, and the decor is very clean, earthy, and simple. I can't wait to try it.

I really liked this place! It has an open and fresh atmosphere and the food tasted great. I had the Spicy Panang Curry with salmon. The menu thankfully had calories listed on it and almost everything fits in to my diet. Yay! I'll be back again!

This place has a very farm to table vibe. It was busy when we went for lunch but they've spaced the tables out just so that it doesn't feel crowded. Lots of healthy options. We had the TLT (Tempeh Lettuce & Tomato) - it was all vegan and fantastic! The kale salad that came as a side was too spicy for me but my husband loved it! The sweet potato hash which was the other side was delicious! I would definitly go back again to try more of their menu.
