Loved the original recipes here. I had the Ancient grains bowl with seared and grilled salmon. It was delicious. They have some deterioration of outside cushions and seating.

My visit at True Food Kitchen was a good experience! The waiter was nice and answered all the questions that I had. I ordered the burger with a gluten free bun and kale salad. Unfortunately they do not sell fries… I understand but I was a bit disappointed. Overall I would come back and try something else since the menu is seasonal.

Definitely more of a lunch vibe than a dinner place. Everything was very tasty and fresh. The lasagna was the winner over the pizza.

This place has really good food but I really hate that for $15 they give you very little rice and quinoa in a bowl. And if you add meat they skimp out even more. I feel ripped off every time i eat there.

Lots of tables available, - but still getting sit inside of coliseum. If you are half empty, - why do you want two people sit in the most uncomfortable place? What is going on with your coffee? Felt like latte was made from instant powder with artificial bubbles. I understand that you have season waiters, but they are staying in the corner checking their phones (like 4-5 waiters same time), not paying attention to anything. I'd say I was starving, - but veggie burger was just okay. My previous visit was around 4y ago in the downtown and it was insanely delicious. Maybe you are having real organic supply food shortages, maybe something else, - not sure. Please, be cool. If you became as average as everyone else, - why do you run business then? Wish you all the best. ps The guy who brought food to us looked like is well-trained and permanent guy in there. Kudos to you. You also picked up trash next to the garbage bin, - where another guy missed it 1-2 minutes before.

Ehh... Fancy and Fresh. The entrees are good but sides options are lacking. I got a veggie burger, very tasty. But then they don't have fries so i was left with kale and sweet potatoes. It didn't go together well. However, i would return and try something else! Woodlands location very clean and decent customer service.

Service was great. The food was good, too. We tried the hummus with both the regular and GF pita bread. We ordered two salads, one with shrimp and another with chicken. The shrimp was overcooked but the salad was good. We also ordered the ice cream and cookies. The ice cream was coconut milk based and it was delicious! The GF cookies were okay, not horrible but missing something I couldn't put my finger on. I'd come back and try other dishes.

I went an hour before closing. It was slow but they were short staffed so it took a while for the server (AJ) to check on me. I’m not too needy so it wasn’t too much of a bother. I ordered the chicken sausage pizza with a sparkling prickly pear. I wasn’t a fan of a drink because it tasted like flavored sparkling water, not sweet at all. The pizza had a perfect crust and perfect balance of toppings

The seasonal flat bread appetizer was great! No steak knives with a steak item on the menu.

Nice place for a casual lunch. When the weather’s nice, the vibes on the outdoor patio are excellent! I ordered the Ancient grains bowl, which is basically the “Mother earth bowl” equivalent from Flowerchild. The prices at True Food are higher and portion sizes are smaller, but it is still filling, and I guess not overeating will make you feel healthier. Would love to try something else next time!

Everything we had was really fresh and flavorful! Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Ingredients are locally-sourced and many dishes are autoimmune protocol friendly. No complaints about the fuss at all everything was top notch! Prices are a bit steep, though, for the budget-conscious. We had two apps, two entrees, and some drinks (no alcohol) and paid over $90. Meal was worth the money, just not something we could do every day. So come and enjoy their wonderful flavors, just be sure to bring your big pocketbook!

Went with a group of girls for Galentine’s Day. I had the accident bowl, it was delicious, I loved the mushrooms. We had other veggie bowls, soup, a few glasses of wine, juices and coffee. The only complaint was that the person who ordered the coffee said it was lukewarm and she had to go seek out the server to get a new cup. Other than that, the food was good, the outdoor patio was nice. It is expensive but what isn’t lately.
