I have joined VBEST since february, and as a student, here r my reviews for this tuition centre. Mr Ivan has been coaching me in physics since february, and he strives to provide an excellent and fun session. Furthermore, the session are super beneficial to me, and due to his help, I have managed to grasp a vast amount of difficult physics knowledge. In addition, he also explains the necessary IGCSE past year paper theory in an efficient manner, and i managed to obtain around 70-75% marks for my physics IGCSE past year questions, which for me, is a large improvement. At the same time, I joined Ms Evie chinese class too. Although I was her only student during her class, she paid full attention to me, and taught me the tips and tricks for the IGCSE papers. Though my Chinese foundation was good, but after her coaching, on where should I improve, I managed to obtain 99% for my IGCSE chinese exams! Credits to Ms Evie and all the best to her too. Due to my weak foundation of English, I signed up for Ms JIe Lin English Class. She is very cheerful, and a dedicated teacher, too. The English Vocabs and techniques of writing made me score a whooping 75% for my English test, which i am quite satisfied, considering the fact that I only acquired 50% during my past exams. After some time (around the month of May), I joined Mr Jack Add Maths Class. He has an amiable and funny personality, and treated his students like his friends. Similarly like Mr Ivan, he managed to use diagrams/examples/explanations to ensure all students understand how to do all the addmaths questions, nevertheless whether it is easy or difficult. Being a student of Mr Jack will make u boost your confidence, and boosted grades are promised. Like me, I managed to boost my marks from 50 ---> 70% while attempting to do IGCSE past year papers. During the Month of June, I signed up for Mr joe Chemistry class too, as I found out that my foundation of Chem is very weak, and I desperately need help. He is a serious teacher and I would never forget the knowledges he teaches me during his lesson, which is effective and easy to memorise the complicated concepts of chemistry. Due to the time, as I have only joined his tuition for 2 months, it is difficult to give a review whether he will boost my results, but I believe he will do so, considering how a hardworking and committed teacher he is. However, what i can confirm is that while I attempted to do the past year papers, thanks to Mr Joe help, all the questions that i previously do not know how to do has seemed easy to me for now! Overall, the teachers here are quite committed and have a charming personality. They can be your friends, and your most trusted tutors too. Personally, I am quite a picky person, but honestly, deep down in my heart, I really could not pick anything which I am dissatisfied about them. The results scored by the students proved what I had said too, as the recent IGCSE (2021 May June) exams, numerous learners has scored A/A* after having to tutor with Vbest, and there is why this tuition centre deserves a 5 star review. PS: If u are lucky enough, the teachers will buy u drink too, to motivate you. Good Luck!
