My appointment was fast and efficient from the time I came in the door till I left. Dr. McCarthy and his nurse was unbelievable! I had a painful procedure done and they both were absolutely wonderful at helping me through it. Dr.McCarthy is a Wonderful Dr. He took the time to read my whole history. Talked about my life since I had last seen him, and also he took the time to even look at my allergies that I listed. I have never met a Ortho. Dr. That would pay attention and look at them. His off staff and Dr. McCarthy are # One..!!

This was my first time at MD West One. Dr. McCarthy has an excellent bedside manner and I felt valued as a patient.
The staff was professional. Customer service seems to be a dying art and most physician's office keep you waiting long after your scheduled appointment time. It was very refreshing getting in to see the Dr at my scheduled time and I didn't feel he was rushing me to get to his next patient.
I would highly recommend Dr. McCarthy and MD West One.
