I was mostly happy with the service I got from Rogers Tire Pros until today. My Honda Fit has a recall and the axels need to be replaced. I took it to the Tom Scott Honda, Honda requires recalls to go to a certified Honda dealership. They are working on it today, and discovered that Rogers Tire Pros cross-threaded two of the studs on my front driver side tire when they changed my oil and rotated my tires. Because the bearing on the front tire does not allow easy removal of the studs, they have to be snapped off and replace - this is costing me $395.00 - if the person rotating the tires had taken time to hand tighten the nuts first , then use the power wrench, this would not have happened, instead they forced the nuts on using the power wrench and cross-treaded them. In December I had Rogers replace a flat tire for me and paid them $495.00 because the road side assistance person cross-threaded one of the studs on the passenger front tire and they said they had to snap the stud and replace the bearing. Honda says it is not necessary to replace the bearing - they can take it apart and get the studs out, but do have to snap them to get the lug nuts off . I will not be doing any repeat business with Rogers Tire Pros. I am very disappointed, I thought they were better than that.

I use Rogers alignment back in March of 2022 to get an alignment. They told me that I needed a new steering rack and I couldn't afford it. At that time I paid for the alignment but they told me that it couldn't be aligned because of the inner tie rods so they told me that when I got my new rack in to bring it in and they would do an alignment for free because I already paid for it. And when I say free I mean I already paid for it so it's really not free as service I paid for that they didn't deliver it's kind of like stealing your money. Just called tire Rogers alignment today and they told me that I would have to pay for the alignment again I'm very upset I think that they are crooks and they need to make this right

Even though I had an appointment they hadn’t even started working on my car after I’ve been there for 45 minutes. Then they Tried to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. And they charge me over $100 for an oil change and new wipers.

My son went in for an oil change and was told he needed a new engine. Got a second opinion and no new engine needed. Also had a flat tire. They sold him one new tire and didn't bother to tell him that with all wheel drive vehicles, buying one tire could mess with his system (was told by a three of their competitors). I did pay to buy three additional tires to match the one already purchased. When he went to get them put on the car they told him and me it was required for him to get an alignment also. Another cost I had to pay for which I was not told initially. Bad Bad Bad business

Poor communicators, Go somewhere else, and give your business to someone who cares. I called ahead to ensure my job of mounting tube-type classic car tires could be done. "No problem", was what I was told. When I arrived and dropped them off, the price quote went from, "$107-$120", to $170. When I inquired about why the price change, I was told, "the job was HARD...". OK......I get it, but that's why I called before I went there, and clearly explained what I had. Not to mention, mounting tires is their business, whether it's "hard" or not! I picked up the tires I dropped off, and went down the street to Point S, which did a fantastic job for less than this incompetent staff was trying to jerk me around for. I'll not be back, and strongly recommend anyone not get the run around by at this business. Save yourself some frustration, and go to Point S up front, and avoid this business that thinks doing their job is "hard".
