Excellent service and very friendly

An excellent experience with first class customer service and assistance. Easily guided through the whole process and the end result was an amazing webpage that is exactly how I want it. The user interface is extremely easy to use. They give you 3 or more rounds to change your design but I only required 2 rounds to get it exactly how I wanted it. Great company and couldn't be happier with my choice.

BRILLIANT! Havealook designed my website a few years ago and I am thrilled with it. What I am particularly happy about is the support I receive. Whenever I email with a question about changing something on my website, I receive a super fast and friendly reply either by email or even phone and it's sorted out easily, which is wonderful because a lot of the "behind the scenes" stuff is like Latin to me! Thanks to the team at Havealook Websites for creating our wonderful new website, from a brief that was very complicated. Our company is an artistic based firm which meant we could only showcase our own artwork. We also required a shopping cart which could accommodate over 500 products with shipping and payment facilities, 2 Galleries showing the products we manufacture, we hold courses in our studio and we need to let clients know of our classes and give them the option to enrol online, we are now connected to social media from our website, we also have a Contact page, Service page and About Us page. Our website looks great not only on our computer but also on mobile phones and tablets. Now the website is finished I have full control and can make any changes to prices, text and photos from my own computer. Design Glass is a Western Australian company and I was a little hesitant at first using an Eastern States firm.
