Havealook have been the website and email hosts for my business for many years. Their customer support service team is excellent, I often liaise with Trevor and more recently Narelle but there is always a team member on hand to respond quickly and professionally to any queries. During the Victorian covid lockdowns with the Ringwood shop restricted from opening, I took the opportunity to refresh my website. My goal was to create a fresh new look for my business and increase online sales. I also decided to engage Havealook for SEO, working with their specialist Jacob. He was particularly helpful with making recommendations and assisting in the process of transferring the data to new categories and ensuring functionality of the various elements of the website. He liaised with the design team to showcase various aspects of my business effectively. This included assisting with appropriate content to focus on our primary target marketsbeing the dried flower arrangements for online and shop sales and the artificial corporate flower rentals. SEO included a variety of strategies including key words, locations, and quality blog content. Engaging Jacob and the team was a positive move as the google rating quickly accelerated to 1st place in some key categories and page 1 in other categories. This has increased sales and enquiries via my website including new customers visiting my Ringwood shop specially to purchase forever lasting dried flower arrangements.
