If you are considering renting a camping van in Iceland, please do yourself a favor a rent one from GoCampers! They were incredibly amazing and kind. Our camping van was just what we needed! My husband and I are planning to come back (We missed sightseeing the West Fjords) and will DEFINITELY rent again from GoCampers!

Sonia was very friendly and funny. She explained really well what to expect and also good advice on driving in iceland. She also replied fast to email I sent last minute requiring shuttle. They are very accommodating. Also thank you to Yoann for also helping with quick email response while we were on the road and David was also very friendly and helpful while driving us back to the airport. You guys made it a great experience! Good team !
Our camper were clean and well maintained. You get what you ordered. Sleeping bag were warm and good quality. It is super easy and stress-free to deal with this company. Do take the insurance it's very important and they do tell you to take pictures of the vehicle before leaving. Fellow those advices.
P.s I love the snacks and drinks you offered for us to enjoy while waiting very thoughtful

It was an amazing way of exploring Iceland! I was able to change plans according to the weather and still do everything I wanted to do.
I went in the off season and there were a bunch of things to do and stay in the van!
With some amazing views you can't get while staying in a hotel.

We rented a camper van for 4 days and three nights for a small roadtrip along Iceland's south coast and the Golden Circle.
Every question we had was answered quickly beforehand and the service was top notch. Oliver went through everything with our van in detail when we arrived after he picked us up from the airport. And upon delivery after our trip, Yoann went through out van again and called us a cab for our hotel. On our next trip to Iceland we will for sure rent a camper van from Go Campers once more. I highly recommend this company!

Rented a great little camper van from these guys. They took the time to go over everything including potential hazards and weather conditions. Nice reliable vehicle. Kristöfer was a great help and even gave me a ride to the bus stop to KEF.

No better way to experience Iceland than in a Campervan. We booked through Go Campers, after reading various blogs and reviews, and couldn't be happier with the experience. From picking up the van to driving it across Iceland and then returning it, it was a comfortable and great experience. Sleeping was as comfortable as sleeping in the back of a van could be, and the heater provides PLENTY of heat, you won't get cold. The staff were friendly when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. We weren't pushed for any additional addons, though we did take a few. We didn't actually need the power inverter as most camp grounds have sockets for charging your devices, such as our camera. I would check the equipment before you drive off, as one of our chairs we rented was broken, as was my sleeping bag zipper (though I still stayed warm.) I probably should have mentioned this during our turn in, and I'm sure they would have refunded me the charge for renting the equipment, but we were in a hurry to get to downtown to get to our hotel and eat dinner. I would highly recommend booking through Go Campers.

We found Go Campers after doing an extensive online research for our 10 day trip to Iceland. Overall, we had a blast. They picked us up from the airport (they were there waiting for us) and then picking up the van was quick and easy. They showed us where to do groceries, where to watch for weather reports, and where to look for hot pools. The van was clean and nicely organized (with a mini kitchen in the back). Van's pick-up was super nice and had no trouble with the car.
Whenever we sent them a question over email, we got a prompt response within hours.
We reserved the car at the last minute, so it was the smaller one. But if we had more time, we would have booked a bit bigger one and with a heater (it's a must). And we didn't also get the chairs, but in hindsight, we should have rented chairs. Table is not a requirement in my mind, but if you want, you can.
Also, definitely get the Internet access (it's a game changer) and also get the grill. Both helped us a lot.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I would rent from them next time I visit Iceland!
