I Booked a 50 foot SeaRay Sundancer with Robert for New Year day. We arrived at a beautiful Marina in Miami to find Captain Frank with a 45 foot SeaRay Sundancer. We owned SeaRay Sundancer in NY so I expected 50 foot boat. Not 45. 5 foot make a big difference and the boat didn’t look like the picture I saw on Vista Yatch website. I was disappointed. I called Robert and asked him about the size. After explaining about the 45 foot flat foam, Robert said if I’m not happy with the size he would give us a refund. We already invited our guests and we are at the marina. we can’t just cancel. Before I even finished what I was saying Robert already hung up on me. If it is a bad connection. He should have called me back. When we make the booking. Robert told us we would go to the Keys and it would be better itinerary than the 45 foot boat itinerary. Well, We got the 45 foot boat with not as good of the itinerary. I felt cheated. I have had charter a boat in November and has better Captain and better experience even the boat was an older model and a bit smaller. The swim flat foam was better with Vista Yatch but not as good experience as with other company. The 45 foot was $800 for 4 hours and 50 foot was $1400 excluding gratuity. I paid for a 50 foot and got a 45 foot. If you are familiar with Sea Ray Sundancer. Make sure when Robert rent you a 50 footer it should say 50 not 45. Before heading to the Marina, my friend asked me if I would recommend Vista Yatch. I told her I have a good experience making reservations and getting the boat confirmation with no problem. Well, I can now tell her if she book with Vista Yatch she should be careful not get cheated with the size of the boat. Nobody likes to deal with dishonesty. Be careful dealing with this company. Btw, Captain Frank asking for gratuity before the boat leaves the marina. .
