Kudos to Jeff and his team. He made everything about the Medicare and supplemental insurance process incredibly easy. No need to pay any attention to all the mail and emails as he walks you through the entire Medicare process in about 10 minutes and then follows up with the choices that best fit your specific needs. Our annual call lasted about 10 minutes and he suggested changing programs within the same prescription provider to save money while maintaining the same level of service.
