Since the beginning of ordering the DNA test kit, CRI Genetics has been in constant communication with me. It took a bit longer to get my test kit but that's because I'm in Canada. Also, if you're in Canada, be prepared to pay duty on your test kit package. I was impressed with the quick service and testing. I had some questions about the results and I received a very quick and detailed response. Both of my parents are from northern Holland and according to genealogy it is actually German. So I've ordered another test from another company to see what that says. Very interesting and detailed results from CRI Genetics! And I'll update when I receive the information from the second company and see if the results match.
