I did my DNA testing through CRI a couple of years ago. It basically confirmed what I already knew about my family roots. Plus, they keep adding new tests and reports and notify me when these are available. Recently, I was offered the impulse control report and lo and behold, I have POOR ic. Go figure. Anyway, CRI is awesome and I truly appreciate them not taking my money then forgetting about me!

I received my results sooner than I expected and when I questioned part of the results (I had never heard we had Italian ancestry) they got back to me within a few hours. I was very impressed with the support.
