I recommend CRI because they have excellent customer service. My DNA kit was mailed to the incorrect address. I sent an email to the customer support and within minutes I had a response. The replacement kits were already in the mail to me at the correct address. The test was very easy to take. The instructions were very easy to read and comprehend. This specific company does seem to do a deep dive into your ancestry. The report is comprehensive with ease of interpretation for the average person. I recommend them highly and as a nurse I am very exacting when it comes to tests of any kind.
