I found it very factual based on my life experiences I found some very interesting facts. I without knowing it follow a modified keto diet to maintain weight. I’ve had more problems maintaining normal weight as if I exercised very much my weight would drop. The doctor told me to add fat to my diet and I have been able to maintain weight. I come from a family of 3 brothers and 3 sisters. We all have a lot of same traits but in difference members I want my identical twins to have this testing done.

The genetics reports for my husband and myself were incredibly detailed in breadth, scope and explanation. We found them very interesting and they actually made us see just how connected we all are with so many places & peoples of the world, with whom we thought there was no connection. When you always think of yourself as "Italian" or "Irish" or half this/half that, you find out that you are really made up of thousands of people's DNA from all over the world! It's amazing how connected we all are. Maybe if more people did this in-depth DNA investigation, they would feel the same connection.

I was very satisfied as I found out somethings of my heritage from family members was not in-line with my DNA. And I think the reason it was different is because they didn’t have their DNA tested and were just handed information down through word of mouth from each generation, kind of like playing telephone, and the real translation gets lost and changed or exaggerated. But your DNA doesn’t lie.

I read 2 percent Italian on my overall genetic makeup... CRI let me know I have markers in the last 5 generations that make me almost a quarter tuscany Italian. interesting information.
