Great service! Honest with their prices. We brought our computer in for a repair. We were given two options. We chose the most realistic, upload important documents to a memory stick. The repair cost wasn't worth the entire value of the computer. We had our computer back the following day. They offer to deduct the diagnostic fee from the total service (great) and we had a coupon. We were pleased with our overall experience. I'm going to use their services in the near future.

COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL! I had a broken down pc but wasn't sure of the problem. Rocco and others were tremendously helpful and told me honest what the best option would be and even offered to back up my music on a flash before destroying the HDD. Would definitely come back for questions or pc problems. (Better than Geek Squad)
