Really love this company. We have a mid 17th century house with a lot of quirks and challenges, and Northeastern Chimney is the only company we'll turn to for the maintenance and repairs of our chimney and wood stove. I have used Northeastern for years. They installed my wood stove 6 years ago. Through totally fault of my own I procrastinated on making an appointment for a chimney inspection and cleaning and had to go through another company due to timing. This company came in and said that my chimney was far from "Spotless". The failed my new liner and refused to clean it. The quoted me a very high price and said I would have to replace it. Needless to say I followed up with Northeastern and they came out and days to make sure everything was on the up and up. Needless to say this other company had completely fabricated the findings of their inspection. I couldn't have been more impressed with northeastern being concerned about their product even though I had gone through a competitor. I will never make that mistake again. This company is truly a bunch of class act individuals.
