Ryan and Luis came to my home to do an inspection and cleaning on two brick chimneys. As a new homeowner I wanted to see what condition the chimneys were in before we started using them. Ryan and Luis carefully viewed and cleaned both fireplaces as well as inspected my furnace ducts. After finding several issues, Ryan carefully and meticulously went over the best options for fixing said issues. Ryan was a complete professional. Not only does he clearly have years of experience and know what he’s doing, he explained it to me in layman’s terms that were easy to comprehend and understand by someone who knows nothing about HVAC or chimneys. Both Ryan and Luis were extremely respectful of my home and living space, and the amount I was charged for the services were exactly what I was quoted online. Thanks to Ryan and Luis I will be going to Northeastern Chimney for all of my cleaning, maintenance, rebuilds, or inspections in the future.

We had our chimney inspected and cleaned. The technician found some issues in the fireplace chimney. They showed me the pictures as he was going up the chimney with his camera. He supplied me with a proposal which we agreed to have completed. They returned in a few weeks and did a great job. Clean, conscientious of our home and great guys also. Israel Came to inspect my chimney liner and explained everything to me and showed me photos , needs replaced and appointment set up , and I feel that it is a good price, being somebody else came and it was $800 higher ,very professional and honest. They will coming out to replace the new liner
