They are a very professional operation, and did what they said they would do on the dates they said they would do it for the cost the originally quoted me. If you've done a lot of home repairs, you know how rare that is. They were great and did a great job. I'd like to bring special attention to Jay McKenna who actually did the work on my house. He was very good, and quite knowledgeable. I would absolutely work with them again.

I needed some minor chimney work done last year and was told by Spotless Chimney that I should have the entire chimney rebuilt for over $40,000. After doing some research and asking friends who had more experience/knowledge on the subject I decided to get a second estimate from Northeastern Chimney. A technician came out and recommended I have some mortar repaired and a few other minor things done. They said my chimney was in good shape and it was not necessary to rebuild it. It cost me less than 1/3 of what Spotless Chimney quoted me and the quality of work was very good. Northeastern Chimney has been honest and provided quality service.

Penny, Gary, Joe, Chris, and Jay did a great job rebuilding our chimney and installing new liners. Everyone showed up on the scheduled days and worked hard to complete the project within the estimated time frame. Special thanks to Gary for setting aside some old bricks to use in our garden. Just had our wood insert installed by Dave, couldn’t be more pleased with how much he helped understanding the process of the project, had a small problem that was handled by Joe & Dave so quickly that wasn’t Northeastern’s fault, will be using them for all my sweeping needs for this unit.
