We hired the Sidorova- Inwood team to sell our property as the housing market was slowing down due to the raising interest rates in the fall of 2022. Despite the unpredictable nature of the market, thanks to Michael’s strategy we got a great deal for our house which later enabled us to have a strong deposit for our next move in the Spring. The staging of our house was stunning! Jackie didn’t miss a beat with paperwork and support at all times. On the buying side, Alex made himself available to show us numerous houses always with a positive attitude and did a phenomenal job negotiating the best deal for us once we found our new home.
