We worked with Adam who was truly incredible and we could not have asked for a better agent as we bought our first home. He showed us a TON of different properties and was totally adaptable as we changed our target area a number of times over the course of a year.
He was so kind and patient, answering all of our questions (which were a lot as we were first-time homebuyers) and digging into things for us when required. His past experience in construction also gave us a secondary benefit as he could tell if our renovation ideas were achievable or not and the quality of existing home renovations.
He was also incredibly responsive and always made time for us which we really appreciated.
The most important thing for us was that he was very honest and genuine - we truly felt like he was on our team in trying to find us a home that we would be very happy in. He always guided us on fair price and offered very reasonable advice, often which prevented us from making mistakes that we are sure we would have regretted. His attitude and perspective really showed us over and over again that he was someone who had our vested interest at heart rather than just collecting a commission. He also has strong relationships with a number of lawyers, home inspectors and other ancillary services that are needed to close on a house.
