As first time home buyers we are really happy we went with this team. Richard was very responsive and informative, and took time to answer any and all of our questions. He helped us to become informed and competent in our own right at searching out the property for us. He knew what our budget and wants were and was always mindful and respectful of that, and showed real concern with making sure that we got the right house for us, not just closing in a deal. So grateful to him and the team who helped us find out new home and were supportive up to and even after closing. Thank you!
