Working with Sara Meneses was an absolute pleasure! As my first home purchase Sara was very patient with all of my questions and provided all information to me in a clear and easy to understand way, while maintaining her professionalism. She was quick to organize all of our showings and really made me feel prioritized as a client through every step, even during the late night and weekend calls. I felt comfort in Sara's deep knowledge and always felt like she had my best interest in mind from start to finish by providing me the best information, especially at times when I didn't even know what to ask for or where to start! The process was of course very new to me and having someone like Sara that I could trust was truly more than I could have asked for. The organization she had when scheduling and attending showings, communicating, and organizing documents for signature allowed a seamless and stress-free experience. Katia Larivière Congratulations. Any company, and I’m serious here, would be lucky to have you on their team. Tom still talks about you consistently being on time. You impressed both of us. Oy, what a winter. Katia showed us 18 different properties, in the middle of what we all admit was a horrific snowy, icy, cold winter. You were ALWAYS on time, did your due diligence and kept us informed of any new properties, before they were even listed on MLS. We are in the perfect house. It took awhile, but you found us our new home. I would highly recommend Katia as your agent, she is very quick to recognize your wants and needs.
