Sidorova Inwood has recently guided our family through the very stressful sale and purchase process with grace, efficiency and professionalism - the end result was a very quick sale of our townhouse, even though the townhouse market is slow, and the purchase of our family's forever home. During this process, Jackie was available basically 24/7 to coordinate, field our questions and move the process forward. She's a great person to have on your team because she obviously knows the ins and outs of the Toronto West End real estate market and what the buying/selling process looks like. With young children, we didn't have a ton of bandwidth to keep on top of the never ending "to do" list, but with Jackie in our corner, everything moved forward flawlessly! Michael Inwood was so dialled into this market, he had a great read on whether a particular house would suit our needs or not. We really appreciated his accurate and concise assessments at every turn. His team of agents, specifically Tommy Ferrari, Kevin Nowacki and Dallas Ricci, were really patient with us and very accommodating to set up lots of different showings as we narrowed down our options. We appreciated their feedback on every house throughout the search. When we had a consensus from all of them that we had found "the one", we knew it was the right choice! Finally, we were very pleased with the services provided as part of the real estate fees. The junk removal team made getting our townhouse ready for sale seamless (it was great to purge before the move) and Lirka's staging team made the place look its best. We think these services really helped to facilitate a quick sale. If you're looking for a home in the West End, definitely give this team a call! They're total pros.
