Upper School students in Rachel Dawson’s Intro to Clay Sculpture class did Raku firing today! Their pots were lit to 1750 degrees then tossed into sawdust to create beautiful and unpredictable designs. @nuevaalumni and US I-Lab Shop Manager Zoe Monosson helped out with the firing process.
