#Sundaypost. Since the arrival of the Catholic Church in 1845, aspects of our culture have been inculturated into the liturgy. One of these is the traditional Siva (Samoan Dance) leading the offertory. Here, the procession is led by the Taupou, Savelina Kasiano, and her Aiuli at a special mass at St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican City in 1998.
