SUSTAINABILITY IN STYLE | Ten of our St Mary’s students attended the Waverley Ecology Symposium, where they pitched their innovative idea to tackle the impact of fast fashion. While many schools focused on recycling and waste management, our girls took a creative approach introducing the Repair • Rewear • Rehome • Recycle initiative to encourage our community to give clothes a second life. ORIENTATION DAY | Yesterday we welcomed our future Year 7 Students to St Mary’s. To begin there was an excited and slightly nervous vibe in the SGN Hall, but they soon settled in with some ice-breaker activities and many taster experiences on offer throughout the day. To our future Year 7 Students, we hope you enjoy your lasts few weeks of primary school. We look forward to seeing you again in the new year as official St Mary’s Students!
