FOOD TECHNOLOGY | This term, our Year 10 Food Technology students have delved into the theme of ‘Food for Special Occasions’. For their assessment, each student was tasked with designing, creating, and evaluating a bespoke celebration cake for an occasion of their choice, incorporating intricate fondant work. The results were simply outstanding! Students displayed creativity and skill, representing a diverse range of celebrations through their cakes. It was wonderful to see their hard work and imagination shine through in each unique design. Congratulations to Year 10 Food Technology for their exceptional efforts in bringing these beautiful cakes to life!

FAMILY MASS | We invite all families to join St Michael’s Parish Thirroul for a special Family Mass at 5:30 on Saturday, 9 November. This service marks the beginning of an exciting program to nurture a lifelong relationship with our community, making sure every family feels at home in our parish. Children are encouraged to play an active role in the Mass, ensuring a joyful and uplifting celebration.
