BRISTAS | This term, a group of Year 12 Cookery students have chosen to complete their barista training, which involves preparing and serving a range of espresso coffees to customers. Each Wednesday, students arrive from 7:30am to operate our simulated pop-up café. It’s been fantastic to see their skills developing and to see our staff enjoying some great coffee along the way! This training is nationally recognised and provides students with valuable, industry-relevant skills that can support future employment in the hospitality sector.
