From electrolyte waters and caffeinated water to protein drinks (so many!), prebiotic pops, superfood lattes, and even bone broth hot chocolate (surprisingly tasty!), hydration has become a nutrient delivery system.⁠ ⁠ Lots of these options come in powder format in handy single-serve packets.⁠ ⁠ So many are sweetened with Stevia.
