I spent my Saturday at the cahealthfood NOW Vancouver show, and while I love discovering new wellness trends, I was primarily there to support a brand and a founder that truly inspires me — ohsohealthy.ca 🥭 There is something so empowering about seeing a fellow Filipino woman and mom working so hard and achieving such massive success. 🫶 OSH! is not just award-winning; it’s a testament to the grit and heart that female-led, minority-owned businesses bring to the table.
